I recently ordered a set of king-sized sheet set.  The top sheet had a tear in it.  I paid $193.00 for the set of sheets.  I have contacted the company via email (no phone number available) 3 days in a row and there has been no response.  

Please help me get resolution for this issue.  They have taken my money but not delivered the goods!
