This company sold an extended warranty to my 89 year old mother over the phone as "car insurance." When she received paperwork and discovered it was a warranty, not car insurance, she immediately called to cancel.

Lo and behold they still took a payment out of her credit card account. For step 2, I called Precise Auto Protection myself. They then said they needed a written letter, including mileage on the car, pollicy #, etc and notice of cancellation. We did exactly that.

The next month they still took another payment.

my mother is too easily confused to clear this up on her own. They will not discuss it with me, so we are canceling her credit card today to prevent further loss.

meanwhile, they have ripped her off for over $300 for a service she didn't want or need. (Her car only has 22,000 miles on it!)

the he customer service person was difficult. 

I also contacted Omnisure Group, who is shown on the pollicy as the "lien holder." They told me they were only a billing agent. Totally UNhelpful!
