Complaint Review: Precise Leads

Precise Leads Bad lead No refund policy Columbus Ohio

Well To start with I was told the the leads would be in real time by the sales person John Radney. Then  I talked to my account manager Brandon Clayton and funded my account for $300 dollars. The first lead I got was late on a Friday. So I called the number and and it was not receiving calls. Then I did an address serch and that was incorrect. Next I sent an e-mail and that failed too. Then I did a name search and found the the person at the address provided by Precise Leads was dead. After all that I wanted a refund and was told my my account manager that Precise Leads has a no refund policy.

 

I just oppened another support ticket,like that is going to help,and informed them I was going to contact both the South Carolina Attorny General's fruad division and the Director of Insurance and file a complaint.

Please Help
