Complaint Review: Precision Adventure Holiday Planners

Received postcard offering 2 free roundtrip flights anywhere in the US. Also 7 day rental car and $50 in gas if spouse and I atttend 90 minutes seminar. Seminar was to sell "travel agent" discounts for an annual fee. We decided we did not travel enough to benefit by their business.

Free gifts were not received after three weeks. After researching this web-site I was able to get hold of Karen in customer service. Her reply is that the gifts are back-ordered. These gifts are not products, so this did not make sense.

After unanswered calls, I did receive an "equivelent gift" of cruises to 3 destinations. I called to complain but no one responded. I wrote to complain and ask for an equivilent gift of $950.00. Of course, no response. Hence, I have put in a formal complaint to the BBB and to this site-Rip Off Reports.
