4 techs and 6 service calls later, I am out $2,700 with ZERO results from Precision Air. Despite having courteous techs, they lack the technical expertise they advertise. After explaining to them that what they did was not working, a new technician would come by and "diagnose" a new problem requiring major work and of course $$$$. After the 6th visit they admitted they should have thoroughly checked the actual A/C unit, which was then discovered to be the main issue. This new visit would require additional major work from a new technician to finally fix the problem. I had heard this before and could not trust them.

 

Please do yourself a favor and use another company to service your A/C issues. Or AT LEAST get a second opinion before you trust their advice. I think there are plenty of A/C companies that do initial visits for free. If you must use them, I suggest talking to one main technician because they like to bounce you around from manager to manager so no one takes ownership for their poor results

Good morning Gilbert.  I’ve finished reading your review of Precision Air & Heating, Inc. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to your post in a detailed fashion without certain key elements that have been left out of your submission including, but not limited to; specific dates of service, time span of the experience, Technician name(s), Manager name (s), and the Customer name as it appears on the account.  I can’t find you in our system!

It is also unclear as to whether the $2,700.00 you spent was from a previous purchase that may or not be related to your current issue, whatever that may be.  There is no mention of what you are experiencing.  There is also no mention to the final diagnosis of the unit, if the service was completed by Precision Air & Heating, Inc., or by another Company.

I can respond to some of the general statements that you mention.  First, you’re absolutely correct that our Technicians are courteous.  Customer service is a major focus point here at Precision Air & Heating, Inc.  Second, all of our Service Technicians are NATE certified and participate in continuing education courses as well as regular onsite training to keep their skillset sharp and on point. This is a requirement of employment and something that is not wavered from.   Additionally, strong efforts are always made to keep the same Technician on a particular job. However, factors such as scheduling and routing sometimes don’t allow this to happen.  Lastly, I don’t understand how many Managers you could be bounced around to as we have one Service Manager.  I would be interested to learn more on that.

In closing, I would ask that you please call the office to discuss any concerns you may have.  Please ask to speak to me directly. The Owner, Erik Bryan, is aware of this situation and wants you to be satisfied. Until then, I’m unable to offer any resolution or thorough explanation because of the limited information you provided.  I look forward to hearing from you.
