precision auto el cajon  these people have no customer service skills they snap on u and try to rip u off El Cajon California

Manny and father i took my car to get an oil change they told me i need brake lines i called and spoke to manny the manager and he told me with parts and labor it would cost me 275 dollars i already called oreillys for parts they told me parts were 4.99 thats when i told manny i felt like i was getting ripped off ive been a long time customer manny started yelling at me and told me not to ever bring the car there again i went to get another estimate elsewhere and its gonna take 144 to get fixed i spoke to the owner who is mannys father as soon as i tried to explain to him he interrupted me

Ive been going to precision auto in el cajon for many years i went to get my oil changed and they told me i needed breaklines for the rear breaks i called manny who is the manager and asked him for an estimate he told me it would cost 275 i already had called oreillys for parts which only cost 4.99 each thats when i asked manny if he was ripping me off he started yelling at me and told me to take my carsomewhere else else i then called his father who is the owner and as soon as i started speaking he interrupted i asked him to let me please finish what i had to say i told him how i felt i told him i found another place that would do it for me for 144 i had to hang up he was very unproffessional and argumentative i will no longer take my car there they are big ripoffs the owner has talked to me about other angry customer which i call that lack of confidenceconfidence
