Complaint Review: Precision carpet and upholstry care Inc.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!

                                                 After I hire them since they had an advertisement in the Mint magazine for up to 5 rooms house for $49, they came to my house "which is a 4 rooms house" their qoute was $268, of course I say I can't pay this much from anticipating to pay $49 according to your advertisement so the guy says what will it take for us to get your business today so we negotiate down to $119, I give them my debit card info and tell them I'm most interested in the high traffic area "the hallway" and a small stain in the master bedroom, the guy says oh don't worry we'll use chemicals on them and get it out for you, I leave to go to walgreena and come back in less than 20 min and they were already gone and the carpet looked exactly the same as before, I call the office immediately and complain and I was told if I didn't order the scrubbing service there's nothing they can do about it and hung up on me, so it's eaither I pay $268 or my carpet doesn't get cleaned.

Bad people, bad advertisement, bad costumer service and bad business, all they care about is getting your money one way or another.
