This business took advantage of an elderly person, severely overcharging for services rendered. The business was asked to clean carpet in; 1 room (master, ~200 sqft), a hallway? (where is this? all hallways in this house are linoleum. just the entry to the bedroom? sorry, it's part of the bedroom. ~15 sqft total), 2 area rugs totaling ~30sqft. The company charged just under $1000 for this service, which is a complete rip off. He could have completely replaced the carpet for less. This victim wasn't in his right mind, otherwise he would have told them to get lost.
