Precision Comms Intl Ripped us off! Charged a service never rendeered to my ATT account. Company is suppose to be a web hosting service but what they do is call you posing as another company(usually AT&T) and ask to update your information via the phone, they say it will only take a minute and is a standard procedure. All the mean while they are adding $34.95 to an account they are not authorized to add to. Upper Derby Pennsylvania
Precision Comm Intl or someone affliated with this company called our office and identified themselves as an affliate of AT&T and asked if they could go over the contact information they had in their system and update it. They also had stated that this is standard procedure and a service AT&T offers to keep all their customers accounts and information up-to-date. The charge is listed as a monthly charge, we were billed twice during one month. There has been no activity since the company has deducted the 2 monthly charges in March. I called AT&T and they were very helpful, they blocked/removed the company, issued a credit and stopped all future communications with Precision at this time.
