Precision Credit Group Ryan Keip Lied to us and decieved us about things he was doing to help clean up our credit report, Internet

My husband and I were reffered to Precision Credit Group via our realtor to help clean up our credit and get us ready to purchase a home. We paid the fee of $180 and after a year of working with Ryan Keip, our credit scores have not changed.

Recently over the last 6 months, he has become extremely difficult to get a hold of. He rarely returns my phone calls and emails, and when he did, he told me that he had removed some accounts off our credit report. Recently he told us that he had settled one of our debts to the amount of $3,600.

After meeting with a mortgage lender and having our credit pulled again, we were told that nothing had been removed off our report, and that there was no settlement arranged for the previous stated debt. Our credit scores had not changed from what they were a year ago when we started working with Ryan.

I feel he has lied to us the whole time about things he has been doing to our credit. I do not trust him and I don't feel that this person should have access to our personal information anymore. I feel that if I would have given him the $3,600 he asked for to settle a debt, he would have pocketed it, and we would have never heard from him again.

Precision Credit Group is a Stand Up Company

My name is Ryan Keip and I am the CEO of Precision Credit Group.

Precision takes pride in providing credit education and restoration options for those who are in need of improving and better understanding their credit report.

We have assisted thousands of individuals with improving their credit scores and gotten them into a position to purchase a home!

It is important to always remember that, no matter what we do to clean up a credit report, if NEW derogatory items pop onto the report while we're in the process of removing other erroneous information, the score will not improve and is actually likely to decrease due to the brand new bad account coming onto the report.

That being said, it is easy to assume that Precision has not helped an individual when looking only at the score itself and not in depth at the items on the credit file.

In this particular case, there were several new collections that were added to the credit report while we were attempting to assist in improving the score which negated our efforts.  A collection for $906 was added as well as a collection for $127.

We take pride in assuring that all of our clients are 100% satisfied and we have issued a Full Refund of $179 to the individual who filed this complaint.

I wish these, and all of our clients, the best of luck in ensuring that their credit reports are 100% accurate and that they can one day utilize their credit to purchase a home or accomplish whatever goal they may seek!

All the Best,

Ryan D Keip

Ryan Keip stood behind his guarantee

#3Author of original report

Since writing my last report, I have spoke with Ryan Keip. He has stood behind his 100% money back guarantee, and refunded us our money. He was pleasant on the phone, and wished both my husband and I luck on finding our home.

I would also like to correct some statements I made in my previous report. The fee in which we paid Ryan for his services was $179.00, not $180.00 And Ryan never asked for the $3600.00 he got one of the debts settled to. I was under the impression that if my husband and I decided to settle, that we would give the money to Ryan and he would contact the credit union himself. I was recently informed that this was not the case. So there would have been no possible way for Ryan to take $3,600.00 from us.

I think this was just a bad case of miscommunication on both our parts. Ryan is a very busy guy, so yes it was hard to get a hold of him at times, but I have seen a lot of success stories from people who have gone through him and his company. Ryan is not a bad guy.
