Ryan Keip promised that in exchanges for hundreds of dollars he would provide a detailed written credit analysis. He then promised a phone call explaining the report.  After that was a promise for months of help if needed. He collected the money and did NOT keep ONE promise made!!! After a month of complaining he did send a generic report that had zero details! This is a fast talker with NO intentions of providing any service.

Precision Credit Group Stands by its Promises and Integrity

#2UPDATE Employee

It is extremely disheartening as a member of a small company, to discover reviews such as the below.

The situation described in the user's review below is entirely inaccurate.  As it stands, all services were provided to the user as per terms of both verbal consultation, and signed service agreement.  Not long after beginning work on the user's case, Precision Credit Group began to receive hostile communications and false accusations from the user.  All attempts to return communication and reach resolution with the user were blatantly ignored.  It immediately became clear that the user's expectation of service were not reasonable, nor within the confines of the agreement, and Precision Credit Group determined the business relationship was one best left with amicable parting of ways, and immediately refunded the single payment of $195 for services already rendered, and without being asked by the user, and prior to the posting of this review.  We advised the user of this and wished her well in future endeavors.  Unfortunately, the abusive email communication and unfounded accusations did not let up, and Precision Credit Group's several attempts to return communication both via email and phone to the user continued to go ignored.  After further hostile email communications became slanderous by way of including third parties, Precision Credit Group was forced to file a Cease and Desist against the user.

False statements included in user's above review:

"hundreds of dollars paid" - At the time of this review, user had paid a total of $0, based on the refund provided to her unsolicited.  Previously paid was a one time fee of $195.

"after a month of complaining he did send a generic report with zero details" - Client was provided a copy of her credit report the day she enrolled, and an extremely detailed, in depth analysis shortly thereafter, well under the "month later" stated.

"did NOT keep ONE promise" - all promises were kept, and then some.  The fact that without being asked, we issued a refund to the user and continued to try to work toward open communication and resolution is a clear example of our integrity as a business.

As a consumer advocate, Precision Credit Group works hard on behalf of its clients, recognizes when expectations may be out of the scope of reality, and imediately seeks to proactively and amicably rectify those cases, as outlined above.

The time and consideration of all reading this is greatly appreciated.
