Precision Garage Door RepairMenon $$$$$$ Trip Fee and $15 Environmental Fee, add ons Menomonee Falls Wisconsin
Had loose cables, called company (advertising $15 discount, good ratings , coupons on website). Apptmt was for next day. Called next morning to clarify it was a broken spring. At end of service call, after selecting the more expensive spring with 10 yr warranty, the repair had a $69 trip fee and a $15 Environmental Fee "for the truck" tacked on. Unheard of. Final cost of repair:$238. A spring at a local store is about $20. Contacted management and was emailed a "satisfaction survey".

I now have damage to my garage door system. It is hanging crooked, about 1 inch or more higher on the left hand side. That has frankly NEVER HAPPENED since the initial system was installed.
