Complaint Review: Precision Lending Group

I was contacted by Gina Decker on 12/17/09 saying that I had been fully approved for a loan of $10,000.00.  She told me that because of my credit I would be required to have some kind of collateral- either a car, house, or cash deposit. Since I didn't have a car or house, a cash deposit for 6 months worth of payments would be acceptable.  I Western Unioned $1,500 plus the fee to Virginia Ritter in Toronto, Ontario Canada on 12/22/09. I was told by Gina Decker that the loan amount would be direct deposited into my account the next day.

The next day I received a call from John Flemming saying that the insurance company reviewed the loan and said that the 6 month deposit was not enough and was now requiring another 6 months payments in order to fund the loan.  When I said that there was no way that I could come up with the money, he got really nasty with me. I asked for my money back and he said that it would be January 18th before I could get my money back.  I told him that that wasn't acceptable because I had used my Christmas money, bill money, and borrowed money to come up with the first $1,500 and I needed that money right away.  He got nasty again and pretty much insisted that I try to come up with the additional money.  When I couldn't come up with the money, no one would answer or return my phone calls and now the phone number just answers and says, "Goodbye."

If anyone has contacted the authorities, I would appreciate it if you would contact me by email at(((Redacted)))with any names of officers and who they represent so I can contact them also.  I hope that these people are found and punished for what they have done to all of us!
