I never hired this company. I hired Father and son movers in Boston and they contracted with this company to move my things to California. This was to be a direct move from Boston to California. Instead my things wound up in their storage fcility in the Bronx. A far cry from California and not even a direct line. They then proceeded to hold my things hostage until I paid them more than double the original quote. They took a deposit on my Amex and then had me pay cash upon delivery or they would not take my things off of the truck. When my things arrived they were stuffed into an old united moveing van and a Isreali guy with his girl friend made the delivery. I paid in full but " surprise" not all of my items which I paid for were delivered. A week later they told me they found my things and would send them out when they received an additional $700 dollars. They delivered my things all broken with one item still missing and also some things that were not mine but they charged me for anyway. So sorry for those people who will never see their things!

I filed a dispute with Amex for being overcharged, not receiveing my merchandise and being over charged by Federal law which says you are only responsible for 110% of the amount over the initial quote. They of course answer by sayiing that " I Knew my things were being delivered in two shipments" but the best is that they forged documents with my signature that I did not sign!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS AND SHOULD BE IN JAIL!

Most of my things were stolen or broken. They are not professionla movers but rather a bunch of criminal thugs. The mafia would have been a better choice. Maybe that is what they are. And why do I have Kosher deli stickers on all of my things? Is it some kind of code?
