Complaint Review: Precision Moving LLC

Precision Moving LLC promised to move household furniture from Houston, Texas to Colorado Springs, Colorado on a date certain. This promise was a must condition to hiring the moving company. They subcontracted to Advantage Moving & Storage, Inc. They failed to show up on the agreed date. Upon inspection of the furniture at the designation, there was notable damage to several pieces of furniture. A damage claim was filed with Precision Moving LLC, but no response was received.

Payment was withheld because of the damage and dispute. However, the moving company made several attempts to bill the credit card on multiple occasions.

I would appreciate others effected by either of these moving companies contact me as I am preparing a lawsuit against them.
