Complaint Review: Precision Pet Products

My friend paid nearly $100 for a dog cage from this company. The entire thing comes apart and folds into a rectangle. Her dog bent some of the removable side rods while she was training him. I contacted the company and they do not sell replacement parts, so we're stuck with a USELSSS dog cage. Since we're forced to spend $100 on another dog cage, we're NOT buying a PRECISION dog cage We wanted to let you all know that if you plan to purchase a dog cage, don't waste your money on this company. They offer no aftermarket support.
