We purchased a years contract with this company for $149. They told us their computer was broken and they couldn't print a contract that day. I called their office on several occasions requesting the xo tract. Hey assured me each time it was in the mail. After a month there was still no contract. Our mosquito problem had not abated so I called for retreatment. I took them a week to return. After retreatment the mosquito problem was no better so I emailed to tell them I wanted a refund. They have not responded.

My husband and I are glad to report that Precision Termite and Pest Control has willingly refunded our money after explaining the miscommunication involving their pest control treatment steps.
