like so many of you, I bought a speaker system from two guys in a van. They told me it was a Dogg Digital System. Well, after getting back to my apartment I did lots of research on Dogg Digital and found a lot of stories about them that compared to mine. I then decided to see if I could get something done about it.

I emailed them saying I was starting a home stereo business and wanted some information about becoming a dealer, hoping they will send me instructions on how to lie and cheat people out of their money. After I did that, I found out that the speakers we bought aren't Dogg Digital, like the guys in the van said they were.

I tracked down the company that manufactured them (not an easy thing to do). They are made by a company called Precision Transducer Systems. Look carefully at the speakers you bought, if they don't have "Dogg Digital" stamped on the top, they are probably Precision Transducer Systems speakers. I spoke with a customer service rep at PTS, and her manager is going to call me back (yeah, right). I'll fill you all in later, when I hear more.
