Oil change promotion:
On 11.12.09 a solictor rang our door bell and was selling an oil change special for $67.00 it included five free oil changes and free aligment check and seven other free services and discounts. I was employed at the time and it looked like a very good deal as I own two cars and agreed and was paid the person. My time how ever was limited and so I was not able to use it until 06.07.10 which is still within the one year agreement. I have to get this out to anybody that is aproached with this promotion do not use it.
On 06.03.10 I called for an appointment and was told the earliest would be on 06.07.10 and it was at 11:30 am and I agreed. I proceded to the location on 06.07.10 to request the oil and lube change that I needed for my 2004 Chev. express van six cylinder (5 qt.of oil required) the reason I mention the amount is that on the promo card five quart limit. I finally after a very long wait time saw my van driven on the lift to perform the service and I proceded out side to inspect the tires and just a visual inpection of my van, suddenly this ver, very aggressive man came litteraly at me and advised me that because my van had a bigger motor it would be an additonal $20. and I advised that I had already the $67 and also that my van was a six cylinder and only required 5 quarts of oil and then he became very annoyed and was coming at me in a agressive mode, I am a disabled Vitenam veteran and will not backdown from anybody and I told him to backoff but he contined his aggessive mode and told the tech to lower the lift and remove the van, I told him that I would report him to the better business bureau but this did not even phase him, to make matters worse my grnadson and wife were terrifed, I was somehow able to gain my composure and left the place and indeed on line registered a complaint to the Ft. Worth better business. I just want this expierence not to occur to anybody else and so I am providing the following information so that all concerened avoid this location.
