Complaint Review: Precision Tune

I went to get the 99.00 brake job, of couse by the time they had finished it was 325.00. Well at least i got a lifetime parts and labor warranty.

About 6 weeks later inoticed the brakes were doing the same thing. This is my business vehicle so I use it all day long.

Anyway I have a lifetime warranty on my brakes. I take it back after 6 months and they tell me both front calipars are bad.

I asked if they examined them and he said they did. I said you are telling me both front calipars went bad right afer you repaired the brakes and he said yes.

Knowing I could not prove otherwiseI asked him how much were the calipars. He said 525.00 installed. I left.

I checked at a auto parts store and the calipars together cost 65.00. I will never go there again and am calling the home office to complain.
