Predictomobile added a charge of $9.99 to my cell phone Internet
I had signed up to do surveys and without my knowledge, Predictomobile has added $9.99 to my cellular phone service. I called my cellular phone and they said it would be credited this month, but Predictomobile has added another charge of $9.99 this month.
Abby (the phone rep) claimed she could not give me a credit and assured me their service would be canceled. I believe this is a big scam.
