Complaint Review: Predictomobile

They took 9.99 out of my prepaid cell phone account. I was told by a very well trained person that I sent them a text message with a pin number to sign up for games or something, it was never put on my phone so don't know what it was. I did not. They will tell you that they will not return your money as you did sign up and talk over you when you try to tell them it is not so. My phone company said they send a text message and take the 9.99 out immediately.

When checking my account online, that is exactly what they did. I sent email to their corporate office and got no reply back. I am 72 years old and on a limited income and can't afford to give someone 9.99. I hope someone can stop them. I am afraid to read a text again.
