Complaint Review: Prefererred Platinum Plan

My husband keeps getting theses bills that say he has made a personal call but when I call this number that he supposively calls its an incorrect number and on these bill is a credit card number my husband and I don't own credit card we have no fake one laying around nothing so I call this number and ask whats going on and the lady tells me that she is unable to give me that information so I speak to my husband about it and he says they have been calling him as well and are very rude

I tell him ive looked up this plac and seen that its a scam and we didnt pay it then we get another bill adding to the charges for 230 dollars I call again and ask to speak to a CEO or boar of directors i would like to at least write theses people and the lady said would u like to speak to a supervisor i said yes please I started talking to this man and her started to get defensive i explained we don't have a credit card i called this number and its incorrect whats going on? he stated that i needed to talk to my husband i said no i would like to talk to some one higher than a supervisor and he said "who told you i was a supervisor"
 
i told him the lady that connected me with you and he said well she was wrong im the fraud misuse of credit card department. I said okay well ive done some reaseach and everything that has this company name in it is saying its a scam and i belive them the man then told me to Google martin Luther king and see how honest everything is on the internet and hung up? I was like what the hell just happens the man was defensive as soon as i said it was a scam! so nedless to say this isnt a bill thats going to get paid
