April 23 2004 agreed to deferred payment of $284.90
May 6 2004 changed mind about purchase - called to cancell but phone number no longer in service
may 23 2004 money removed from account showing the phone number being 1-888-888-8760 I called to cancell and was told that product was in transit. I decided to continue with transaction. 3 wks later when nothing had arrived, I called them again and was told that it should be to me in 3-5 days. 6 days went and called again to the same story. one more week wait and still nothing, I called to cancell everything. Was told to fax copy of bank statement showing the charge for verification of funds removed. Was told 3-5 days for full refund.

Two weeks later called again, and was told that Arnie no longer worked for the company due to failure to follow through with customer refunds. My fax was not to be found. Faxed information again to Alicia and was called back to confirm receipt of fax and told 8-72 hrs for refund. 3 days later no refund. Called again and was told I was on the list for refund and to wait 3-5 days. Called again 2 days later and was told to wait another 3-5 days. When I asked to speak to someone in management was told they were all out to lunch.
