Complaint Review: Preferred Cardholder Division

Hi All

Is there a week passing when this type of crap does not hit our door.

Got one of those "official sealed letters" today in the mail from Preferred Cardholder Division/AKA/ New Visa and Mastercard Accounts Department/AKA/Credit Card Protection Agency.

I received a nice check for the princly sum of $3.25 to be deposited in my bank..and guess what?..with my credit card number on the back..also a whole load of crap about free-bees from Home Depot, K-Mart,Rite Aid, Safeway and more worth over $1000 plus.

I went to the site immediately and checked these people out and sure enough another bunch of scammers.
How do they get away with it.
And better still, when you read the small print, they use Experian to get initial info about you.How do they get away with it???

Please be carefull and do what I now do..read the stuff..(you will get a laugh anyhow)..check RipOffReport.com..and then tear it up and file it in the trash where it belongs!!!
