Complaint Review: Preferred Guest Resort

This so called company should be ashamed of their high pressure tactics on the senior citizens of New Zealand. This company has taken $800 US from my 74 yr old Father, the sole care giver to my 73 yr old mother with Parkinsons disease. He was pressured into 'buying' free travel and accomodation in a country he cannot hope to travel to and all he has to do is sit through a 1.5hr so called presentation to receive his winnings.

I have emailed these scumbags to request that his money be returned and surprise surprise it was flicked back after a week as I pretty much accepted it would be. I then contacted the Attorney Generals Office in Florida and registered a complaint against this company and the way they have been representing this state and I recommend that all who have dealt with these degenerates do the same.
