Answered a ringing phone in the office and was offered a great vacation deal. After trying to decline several times Jennifer kept on saying what is your concern about this promotion. I let her know that I personally would not do it and that maybe someone else in the office might want to. Jennifer asked me to hold and then someone else got on the phone and after telling this person that I personally would not do it. I was asked the same thing about what concerns did I have. I stated that I would not do it. The caller then got an attitude with me and said well sorry we can't help you today, but we will keep you in mind for the future. By the sound of her voice I could tell that she was not a happy camper about me saying no.
