These people contacted us under the guise of a "resort". They are actually brokers who "sell" you a product which is not a product...You are actually being sold to companies trying to sell you another product...Time Shares, Vacation Packages, etc.

This company does NOTHING. They lie to you over the phone and when we complained they told us flat out, "You're not getting your money back."

We thought we were going to their resorts in Florida, Bahamas, etc. and that we had to listen to "a" 90 minutes "presentation". Actually, they own nothing and each trip you take requires a different 90 minute presentation each time...each followed by high-pressure sales tactics.

Additionally, the places to which they farmed us out were not nice at all. We stayed a one hotel with a nice lobby but the hotel rooms were dirty, run down and outdated. At another hotel, the water stank, the bed was hard and springy and the people were nasty when we didn't buy a time share.

When I noticed the sheer enormity of people who were there at the same time we were, doing the same thing we were...we seemed like so many cattle herded together for a slaughter.

My wife and I did not even stay for our 3rd "free night" - we just wanted to get out of there!
When we returned home I contacted the company. I told them we were lied to re: the nature of the company and the nature of the trips we had "purchased". They denied saying the things I told them were told us. I then asked for the "recording"...During the initial sales pitch I was very skeptical. To help alleviate some of my concerns the salesperson told me the conversation was being recorded and that I could have a copy of this recording. I asked for it at the end of the salespitch and was told it would be on a link which I could listen to online - this never happened. So now that I am in dispute with them, I asked for the recording again. I was shuffled around from department to department and finally landed in "Quality Assurance". I was told there was no "recording" and I was not going to receive a refund.

Fortunately these scam artists only got us for $199. I've read far worse results.
