Preferred Hotels and Resorts Iprefer, Preferred Boutique, Summit hotels and Resorts, Sterling Hotels, Sterling Design, Summit Serviced Residences. They guarantee lowest price for booking a room, but when I found a lower price (through them) they refused to honor it. Chicago Illinois
I was truly scammed by this company. They had claimed that even though the price had dropped the guarantee does not count because I had already booked with a non-refundable rate which is excluded from the guarantee. Nowhere in there terms is this decribed, I trusted them to live up to their advertising.
