Complaint Review: preferred merchants card N.A.C.S.

i was contacted twice and was told that i was recieving a credit card , if i would pay the 200.00 dollar fee , it would be 6.9% intrest for the life of the card and that the 200. i paid up front would be returned to pay the first months bill. i was also told i would get 1000.00 cash advances after three months of payments, it would be reported to the credit bureaur, i was also told that it was just like a visa, this is awful
