Complaint Review: Preferred Platinum Plan

'Mrs Roberts' has gotten into the habit of calling me asking me for money that I apparently owe. However when I ask for an invoice to be mailed to me, she threatens me, saying 'I don't need to send you a bill'. She tries to play 'tough' by not letting you talk, screaming on the phone, repeat phone calls, threatening voice mails, etc. If this were a legitimate company I would expect a little professionalism. Ignore any calls from this company and do NOT pay any money they claim you owe them!
