Yes, on or about December 2nd 2009, I was called by someone who's number came up on my caller ID as "Unknown Caller" I wasn't sure who it was for I was half asleep, I picked up the phone and someone asked for me, I said ''this is him, how may I help you?" the man proceeded to tell me of a $300 bill for supposed sex chat calls, I started to calmly tell him I wasn't sure what I was talking about, he became very irate and asked me if I would like for him to play the recording, I told him go ahead, he did, it did not sound like me and I told him that, he became very irate and threatening and using abusive language, he threatened to have me arrested for Credit Card Fraud, then he started to speak to me like he knew some ''dirty little secret'' about me, he was all like ''ooh, so do you like using the 1900 numbers???" I told him no, but he kept on it,


 well the next day, I contacted the police and had a police officer come and call them on my phone, he identified himself as a police officer and I heard who ever was on the other end yelling really loud at the cop and they hung up on him a few times, when he finally got to talk to a manager, the manager was very irate and balligerent as well, there is not a whole lot that can be done I understand, but however, whether this be a real company or not they have violated the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices act which requires, except under unusual circumstances, collector may not harass a person by using threats of violence or arrest or by using obscene language. They also may not use false or misleading statements, they also did that because I had someone else that lived in my house talk to them about this, that person asked them what their name was and "Abi'' referred to them as "Preferred Merchants'' and I called and asked them the next day and they called themselves "Preferred Platinum"
