Complaint Review: Preferred PlATINUM PLUS

I recieved an invoice in the mail for 253.15. All of the charges were from one day. All charges claiming to be phone calls made off of my cell phone.

I would have had to be making these phone calls while at work and since I do not have an office job I don't see how appropriate that would be or even possible. I am sure my company would have gotten complaints from our customers for it. They charged 12.90 a minute.

I tried calling the company and got no where. I was placed on hold twice and was never connected with anyone.
