Each of the new homes have mechanics liens on them due to the fact Spencer Milli failed to pay subcontractors in full for work performed on each of the homes. In addition, Enterprise Bank, from which Spencer Milli obtained several different loans to buy empty lots and to build display homes have now foreclosed on all of the properties owned by him.
