preferred warranties inc. I PAID 1850.00 $ FOR AN 05 EXPLORER,3 YEAR 45 K.ON 6/5/10/ IT WAS NOT A GOOD CAR!! I TRAIDED IT IN AND ASKED FOR A PRORATED REFUND ON 11/24/10 I WAS TOLD NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania

 it cost me 1850.00 for 5 months of warranty 36months 45k miles,the vehicle 05 explorer
         had problems and bad gas mileage,I called Preferred warranties,for a prorated
        refund. I was told bluntly! on refunds after 30 days !
 I called to try and let them know it was a rip off. to take all that money.

   I want all possible customers of wholesale outlet inc. W.H.P waterford nj. to know they
 sell warranty from a co. like this,
          PS i went to them and was told, bluntly, we didnt do anything wrong!!!
  I see this bussiness  practice from both companies a
                        big/ rip/ off. also was not told car was in an accident..
  note i am disabled and cant afford a rip off like this!!.

Isn't that the reason you paid for the warranty? Get if fixed!

That's a complaint about the dealer, not Preferred Warranty. What does the contract stipulate concerning refunds? Is the warranty transferable? If it is, that would add resale value to the car.
