Complaint Review: Preformance Automotive

Thay first sent me a V8 bellhousing and told me to cut it to fit. Then transmission blew up 300 miles later. I sent it back for warranty and they charger me for a converter and said they would refund it later. I got the second transmission and put it in the truck. It was making noise before it was even driven. that transmission went back also.

They told me they fixed it but I was not happy with what they said. I use to build transmissions for a living. They also told me no refund on the first converter. Iasked for a refund and the owner hung up on me and would not take my calls. Then i get my credit card statement and see they double charged me for over $500.
This is the shop your mother warned you about. They have had 6 BBB reports in the last year. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!
