Let me explain from someone knows Progrexions dirty tricks. Yes the company was sued this summer.Does that matter to them no... So what do they next out comes the banages.With an old used script from a collections company problem solved...Yeah right.
Nothing will fix the problem at all.Employees are not happy about this and speak up.It's like let's spin this out way towards the management team who demands that we go a long or else. No amount of lies or banages is going to cover up the big red mark.
Trust me if you work there or not it's not as peachy as they think it is.It's not helping people out it's more about lies and cover ups. We can't give the cost of the service out which is actually illegal.
If feeling Mr blah blah should hear the truth or keep doing what got your butts sued to start with.don't blame the people who work blame the company

Much of this report is unintelligible. The parts that are actually somewhat clearer contain bad information.
Yes the company was sued this summer.Does that matter to them no... well, companies get sued all of the time. Most lawsuits in such cases are frivilous. Companies in such a situation give the paperwork to a lawyer to dispose of and let them handle it. So, no it wouldn't matter to management since a lawyer is already handling the matter. Understand??
We can't give the cost of the service out which is actually illegal. Well, credit repair isn't like buying a head of lettuce. There isn't a fixed price because obviously everyone's situation is different and how the problem is solved is different. So no, you can't provide a price. Sheesh.

A company gets sued due to the actions of its people. A company doesn't get sued simply because it is a company. By definition, people are to blame when a company gets sued. Now, perhaps you want to blame management for policy issues, rather than management blaming staff? After all, both are people. However, if staff follow policy to the letter, then there generally isn't a problem. If they don't, then there can be problems.
So this sounds like a credit repair company; you can't really tell from this unintelligible complaint. Companies like this get sued by careless people who expect miracles when their credit can't be repaired. There is no cure for this type of stupidity. However, there are cases where people guarantee credit can be repaired. No such thing. The only way someone can guarantee credit repair is if the people who work there commit fraud on behalf of the client. The only way that happens is if staff is complicit in the fraud.
