PREMER CRUISE LINES (BIG RED BOAT)
My wife and I booked a cruise on the Big Red Boat (premier Cruise Lines) on June 10th 2000 departing from Houston, Tx. A mishap occurred to the ship damaging the propeller and the cruise was canceled. All of this while our luggage was already checked in. The cruise staff informed everyone that refunds would be mailed out immediately, and also refunds for lodging, meals and transportation would be honored. They also said that a voucher for 50 percent off for a future cruise would be mailed to us. Today is July 24th and I haven't heard a word from them. I have e-mailed them without any reply. BEWARE OF PREMIER CRUISES.
