Complaint Review: Premier Benefits

Premier Benefits I was taken for $300.00 That was suppose to be an unsecured visa card. Instead I got a membership to some hoakie health travel and consumer benefits package. Internet *UPDATE .. Premier Benefits contacts Rip-off Report stating they will be giving REFUNDS to unsatisfied customers, working harder to avoid employee & customer misunderstandings

I was offerd a credit card on line for the price of $300.00. I have never had a credit card and was interested in building some good credit. I filled something out and someone called and got all my Bank card information and said I would have my credit card in 10-15 business days. All i recieved for my 300.00 was a black book package containg a bunch of crap on Loans and healthcare benefits,Supposedly im now a member of this crap for 300.00. I want my money back and I cant get in touch with this company. The number they give to call is always just a busy signal.What can I do about this? Is my money just gone for good? Please help!
