Complaint Review: Premier Business Solutions

This company, Premier Business Solutions, promised to send me a list of doctors who were interested in claims being billed through a private party. That private party was to be me - working from home.

They did indeed send me my CD and my list of doctors, but not one doctor I contacted had ever heard of Premier Business Solutions. In fact, not one of the doctors on the list were even interested in private billing because they had billing departments of their own.

I did call Premier Business Soultions back and told them their list was not helpful at all and not in the least bit what they had promised me.

I decided to request for my "full refund" they had promised me if I was not COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I did get my RAN number, but I never received my refund check. I called their business numerous times inquring about my check and each time they told me my check was in the mail. After getting nowhere, I wrote a complaint letter to their department head and again received no check or reply to my letter.

Once again, I tried calling to complain and get my money, but their number was disconnected and their web-site was no longer working either.
