On June 16, 2018 a guy  named Rence Zerep befriended me on Facebook messenger. According to him, his full name is Laurence John Perez and is working at Playa del Carmen Mexico as an office staff in the hotel. He seemed to be a nice guy and we started to have good conversation about our lives and work and personal matters. When he realized that I am comfortable with him, he invited me to travel in Cancun and told me that he accumulated an employee privilege discount of 50% off for hotel bookings which he wanted me to use so that I will not spend too much for my accommodation. I told him that I have no plans to travel this year or even next year but he assured me that they will give me an open date and I could use it anytime on 2020. What’s important is for me to take advantage of his employee discount which will expire very soon and asked me to take this opportunity and make a booking immediately to reserve a spot as soon as I speak to his boss named Juan Miguel Torres CTU – 01124-B805.

Laurence told me that he mentioned to his boss that I’m his girlfriend. He did this so that I will have a higher chance to get approval in using his employee discount. He told me too that Juan Miguel Torres helped him get a job in Cancun and that he doesn’t want to be embarrassed if I don’t purchase any package.

His supervisor called and said that Laurence actually accumulated a discount of 75% instead of 50%. He provided me options of 7 days and 6 nights package all inclusive or 5 days 4 nights package. The second option originally cost $5592 but with the discount I can have it for $1398. His boss was talking really fast that I didn’t have the chance to browse the hotel’s website. He provided me a link of a facebook page which provided good reviews only of Premier Cancun Vacations. I told him I can’t pay the whole amount of $1398 but he said you can do partial payments. He said I need to pay now or the discount will be foregone, until suddenly I was stripped to tell my debit card details.

It’s a total rip off ! I checked the purchase letter they sent me and I found out that there were items that weren’t disclosed during the call. Lot’s of hidden charges! No employee discount taken because the actual cost of the package is $1398 or lesser. The Package term state that the age requirements (30 years of age) are determined based upon the age the travelers will be upon the arrival at the resort – I’m only 27 years old and by the time the package expires I will only be 29. The Package actually expires after 18 months. It also state in the terms and condition that the travelers should be gainfully employed, I’m still a student and I’m just working part time to pay for my tuition fee and cost of living.

I wanted to cancel and get a refund of my money because these people setup to get me hooked into this package. I know the business is legit however the manner they sell the product is deceitful, full of lies and unethical. I’ve worked so hard to earn that money so please refund it.
