I have NEVER done business with Premier Care In Bathing.  They have been sending me hundreds of spam emails on a daily basis for 2 years now.  I have spam blocker on my email and they are still able to send me their crap no matter what.  I have "unsubscribed" from their email solicitations and wrote them letters to stop harassing me and it continues to this day.   I wish I could sue them in court for a ton of money.
