We arrive at the lot at 12:00 on 11/9/13 to find scores of people standing waiting for vans to take them to their destinations.  Many of these folks told us they were waiting as long a forty-five minutes. This was just a open lot with a few chairs and not bathroom facilities. The attendant said they couldn't get in touch with the vans due to some mysterious mix-up. After about 30 minutes we squeezed onto a van to take us to the Oasis of the Seas. On the way there they stopped at another ship to let some customers off.  In the process they left one of my wife's bags. Fortunately she spotted the luggage from the window and we avoided disaster.  When got off the ship on the morning of 11/16/13, there were no Premier Vans to pick us and and other customers up.  Repeated calls to Premier went straight to voicemail.  After 50 minutes we gave up and grabbed a van with a another couple at a cost of $30 each.  When we arrive back at the lot there was complete chaos. They were turning away customers who had reservations.  The police were there to handle the near riot.  If they had picked up all the people at the Oasis as they were supposed to, they would have freed up a lot of spaces for these people to park. This was the most unprofessional and disorganized operations I have ever seen!  You get what you pay for. Avoid this facility at all cost.
