After 10 months, finished job was not up to what was agreed upon to be done. He stated the job would be $4,500.00, ended up being $6,000.00. Used our credit card once without permission. Stole touch up (Qt) paint from the car, because the paint is illegal in Maryland, while it was at the mechanics shop. Owner lied and stole! Is a con man and can not be believed/trusted!
