Similar to the complaint from the individual in New Jersey,  I am incensed, to say the least, at having been bamboozled regarding the eye serum from the Premier Dead Sea company, sold by Deja Vu kiosks in major malls nationwide!!!! Even the literature enclosed with the product has no information on use or any other instructions!!! That is the product that got me hooked as they say. It is the one product that I was assured would work in two weeks!! The fact that the sales staff used the better eye and probably the poor lighting and mirror angle to show immediate results is no different than bait and switch tactics used by street corner hooligans selling designer knock-offs in downtown areas of our major cities!!

Its one thing to be taken for $20 for a product that is all hype and no results! It is completely another to be taken for $170! I am recently retired and not on Social Security. I am not a spendthrift and carefully watch my money. I was in a vulnerable state of mind that day, which is not the product nor salespersons issue. The issue I have is that the product does not work!!! The misleading, deceptive claims made by the sales staff on behalf of the product are at issue here!! They amount to the same types of false advertising associated with most hair re-growth products, stain removers that lift dried paint from a carpet with one spray of a solution or dog training programs that take one day to housebreak a puppy!!! Simply outrageous!  If I do not get satisfactory results, I will forwarding my complaint to the NYS Attorney General.
