Our niece, Gina Boneri, purchased a waranty when she bought her Volkswagen Jetta.
The radio in the car failed within 3 years.
She used the service to replace the radio, which subsequently failed again after 18 months.
Each failure, Premier charged her 108.00 as a 'deductible; basically the cost of the radio.
We complained to Volkswagen after the third radio in 5 years was being installed.
They replied that only Premier could waive the deductible.
Calls to Customer Service went ignored until the State Attorney's office was mentioned.
A supervisor called back, extremely apathetic and said they never waive any fees.
Common sense will tell you that the cost of the part is being called a 'deductible', and the faulty replacement parts simply aren't holding up.
We are contacting the State Attorney's office, as while this is not an exorbitant fee, to a 25 year old paying off student loans and car payments while seeking employment, it is.
This company is dishonest and unethical.
