premier dodge bait and switch ripoff scam
Premier dodge in new orleans has been running an ad. 2001 dodge trucks for the price of 16,995.00 but when you call them they do not have that truck. They explain that the ad has been running for 5 weeks and this is the reason they are sold out.
When asked why they continue to run the same ad they say they cannot change the ad in the same run.
When contacting the paper they say ads can be changed at any time.
As of nov 3/2001 a new ad started running the same 2001 dodge truck at the same price.
They open at 9am.I called at 9am guess what they were sold out.

From other listings on the sight the only thing a clean record with the BBB means is that you contribute to them BIG DEAL............

Based on the limited information contained in the aforementioned complaint and our recall, Premier Dodge did indeed sell Gary the vehicle in question at the stated sale price. Due to the overwhelming response to the advertisement it did however take us a few weeks to deliver the truck to him. Premier Dodge Chrysler Jeep takes great pride in our unblemished record with the Better Business Bureau.
