I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet from Premier Estate Liquidators in June, 2003. My checking account was debited immediately in the amount of $3,350. The following information is provided:

Salesman - ROSEMADN

When I finally received the bracelet in late July of 2003, I did not like the quality of the diamonds and returned the bracelet on July 30th. I have a Track/confirm inquiry receipt from the postal service indicating that it was received by them on August 4, 2003, recipient signed by 'E CARTAGENA.'

Numerous calls were made by me (when you didn't get a busy signal) to the 800 numbers over the past nine months. I was always told that the refund was in the process of going through. I was never able to talk to anyone of authority to get an explanation on what the problem was.

As of today, March 4, 2004, I have never rceived my refund in the amount of $3,350 for the return of this bracelet.

I want them to refund my money along with interest owed on the use of my money for the past months.
