This all started in june 2003,I was surfing throuhg the channels on my new direct T.V. from pegasus. I found a channel(227) that had an interesting auction going on. Watching the cannel for a little while i noticed a beautiful emerald and diamond ring for sale (3.81ct.emerald and 1.70ct-tw-diamonds.Their proffessional
staff estimate was $33,500 dollars. I made a bid duing the T.V. auction and won the aution for about ($4,800) dollars and gave them my U.S.Bank creditline number.Next i talked to genyleman who called himself (Jeff). He advised me that the ring was part of a Mother/Daughter set and would I be interested in the other ring
witch was an identicle to the first ring. I said I was and we negosiated the prce of (10,000).

He said that the rings would be sent within 8-14 working days.I talked with customer service after the rings didn't arrive in that time frame. I called the
customer service people and the advised me that this Jeff guy had made a mistake and I would recieve the rings in 30 days.

In August I made contact agian and inquired about the status of my rings. At that time I was told that they had one ring and was waiting on the arrival on the second one. This was in August. On Aug-24th my wife passed away, still no rings.

Broken hearted, Ihad no further need fo the rings.I called the customer service line forPremier Estate Liquidators and the advised me that the rings were in transit to my residence. I recieved the package
by FEDX 0n oct 17th.The rings looked pretty to me, but I am not a gemologist. I decided to return the rings for a credit back to my creditline account. To this date(01/30/04) I have heard nothing. Iam stiil out my (10,000), I would like to join with others that have been ripped off by this company, and also look at possibilites of a class action suit to go after not only Premier estate Liquidators, but Direct-TV also for letting such
a scandalist operaton take place on their air ways.

I hope someone out there will join us in this fight.
