Premier Estate Liquidators ripoff, unethical, dishonest Lake Buena Vista Florida
I bought a ring appraised at $4200 from this company during a TV "auction". They debited my account for $670 on the day of purchase. I was promised delivery within 14 days.
I had to call and call to get the ring sent to me. When I finally received it, it was a little dinky ring, not worth the $670. The have a 30 day money back guarantee. I prompty returned the ring.
They have had possession of the ring for almost 60 days and I still have not receive my refund. When I can get someone on the phone, I just get a run-a-round.
These people are crooks...I'd like to see them put out of business and jailed.
Be very wary of them....They have numerouse BBB complaints

the owner and all his cheating associates should be jailed for fraud

After filing a dispute with my credit card, filing a complaint with the Florida BBB and the Federal Trade Commission, and constant calling and threats (which I usually got a busy signal or a run around) (I even called the sales studio during sales hours) I finally got my money back. I do believe that I was just lucky and that my purchase was not a large amount is the only reason I did get it back. Good luck to all who are still waiting. Keep filing complaints. I believe the owner and all his cheating associates should be jailed for fraud. I have learned my lesson from buying from the TV, it's just a tool for crooks to cheat people on a large scale. I've heard that Premier Estate is in bankruptcy. GOOD! However, I'm afraid that they will just start again under a new name, so beware.
